Aesthetic practitioners were invited to attend a one-day educational agenda featuring new product launches, presentations, live demonstrations and a networking reception.
“The vision behind our very first HA-Derma event was to recognise industry practitioners and ‘give back’ by way of sharing knowledge, education and insight into the background and collaboration between HA-Derma and IBSA. The highlight for us has been the fact that we have been able to bring the scientist responsible for concepting and developing Profhilo, Prof Chiara Schiraldi, to the event and enable practitioners to interact with her directly.” explains HA-Derma Operations Director Hana Te Reo.
Key speakers throughout the day included Tania Pirazzini, IBSA’s Global dermoesthetic business unit manager, Professor Chiara Schiraldi from the University of Naples, UK & Irish national Sales Manager Frank Ward, HA-Derma’s Medical Director Dr Fab Equizi, Dr Gabriel Siquier Dameto who is IBSA’s international KOL, Dr Beatriz Molina and independent nurse prescriber Sharon Gilshenan.
In order to ensure that delegates fully understood the delivery and intricacies of how each of the products worked in practice, many of the experts performed live demonstrations of each of HA-Derma’s products, including the newly released injectable Viscoderm Hydrobooster, Profhilo Haenkenium cream, Profhilo and Aliaxin dermal fillers.
This was tremendously well received, with Dr Shirin Lakhani commenting, “It has been extremely educational and I feel fully educated on all of the products in HA-Derma’s portfolio.”
