“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the IMAGE Perfection Lift peel which contains a combination of lactic, salicylic and resorcinol acids which was then amplified with retinol. The treatment was slightly tingly, but I like a tingle! I had some slight downtime for a day or two, but it significantly lifted my PIH and left my skin clearer and brighter. As a specialist in skincare and peels, I am always on the lookout for a peel which will give visible results after one treatment and cause some peeling (who doesn’t love a good shed of the old, dull skin!), but doesn’t require prepping the skin for 12-18 weeks. “One of the perks about being in the office everyday is that they sometimes need a model for training sessions, so when they needed a volunteer for IMAGE’s Signature peel, my hand was the first to go up. An enzyme peel with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, it was the perfect pre-Christmas pick up, brightening and hydrating my skin for the party season. No preparation was necessary, and while I did experience the tingling of a good peel, the discomfort was minimal, and any redness subsided pretty quickly (what remained was covered by the excellent IMAGE Daily Prevention Sheer Matt Moisturizer SPF30), so when I went out that evening, I was positively glowing! And the compliments lasted well into the new year!”
