About the Course

This one-day course is designed to take the foundation level clinician who has been practicing for several months to the next level in aesthetic treatment safely and effectively. The course introduces the concept of anatomy knowledge for injectable treatments, teaches the use of cannula and affords the delegate the confidence to provide a holistic full-face treatment which is impactful to the patient. Wigmore Medical's Intermediate Toxins & Dermal Fillers course is a unique opportunity to consolidate foundation skills and build on those skills in a meaningful way, without overwhelm and with the constant focus on patient safety and excellent technique. This is a powerful step in the practitioner journey.

The Intermediate Toxin & Dermal Fillers Course provides a robust steppingstone from Foundation to Advanced, affording small group learning with essentially one-to-one instruction with the trainer as each delegate has a model and works through each step of the practical elements. Dr Lauren Jamieson is a certified Aesthetic Clinical Trainer with nearly 15 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine and almost a decade in aesthetic education. As a committed educator, she believes in taking a level of personal responsibility in supporting and mentoring the next generation of aesthetic clinicians. This training is delivered with top European brand Croma Pharma to empower delegates to leverage knowledge and competence of products with provenance, excellent safety record and reproducible results. Training is held at Wigmore Medical’s bespoke CQC registered facility in the centre of London.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This training is suitable for registered doctors, dentists, nurses or prescribing pharmacists. Attendees must have a minimum of 3 months injecting practice post-introductory training.

Dr Lauren Jamieson

ZO & Advanced Injectables Trainer

Dr Lauren Jamieson has been long established in Aesthetic Medicine in Scotland. 

Having achieved her medical degree from The University of Glasgow, Scotland in 2005 and working in a number of specialities including cardio-thoracic surgery and anaesthetics, Dr Lauren completed training in General Practice in 2011. 

During this time her skills in Aesthetic Medicine evolved and she developed a thorough understanding of the ageing face and developing a passion for aesthetics, skin health and vitality, defining its importance in ageing well.

As a member of the Primary Care Dermatology Society and certified clinical aesthetic trainer, Dr Lauren provides clinically proven, customised, holistic assessment and management with advanced cosmetic treatments at her clinic in Glasgow, as well as supporting new practitioners embarking on a career in Aesthetic Medicine in both Glasgow and London.
