Dear Wigmore Family and Friends,
Writing this letter from home feels quite surreal; we are in unprecedented times, with the majority of you—our valued customers and aesthetic colleagues—joining us in working from home.
With the situation and advice changing on a daily basis, we wanted to reach out to you and reassure you that we are here to support you in any way that we can.
Our pharmacy will remain open throughout these unusual times—unless we are advised otherwise—and our customer service team remains contactable as usual. If you have questions, or wish to place orders you are still able to do so through the website, email or telephone.
We rely on our couriers running, so there may be delays to deliveries, but we will keep you updated as the situation evolves. To further help you, we are setting up a drop shipment service so that you are able to have skincare products sent directly to your clients. For more details please email customerservices@wigmoremedical.com
We are following all advice on hygiene and social-distancing, and the reduced staff on-site have access to PPE, sanitisers and washing facilities.
This may change going forward, but our main concern is for the health and wellbeing of our staff and colleagues, so we will update you with any changes as we review the situation. We will do everything we can to remain agile and adapt to the ongoing situation so we can support you as best we can.
Whilst our regional sales managers will be temporarily unable to visit your clinic in person, they will all be available to you Monday to Friday via telephone, Zoom or Skype. They are ready to assist you with training and development—something that can always be an issue during busy clinical days when taking time out is not always an option—we would like to help you utilise any spare time effectively.
We will also offer you, your clinical staff and front of house teams refresher training on all ZO Skin Health, Glo Skin Beauty and Colorescience products, and provide product updates across all brands, including education on the latest clinical studies. In addition to answering any questions on skincare protocols across all ranges, we can recommend home-care procedures, so your clients can maintain their treatment results if they unable to visit you in-clinic for a follow up.
Meanwhile, as Wigmore Training have suspended physical training courses for the time being, we are working hard to create free remote learning opportunities that support your business at this time and nurture your development. Over the coming weeks, we will be launching an innovative series of online webinars that you can participate in from home. Topics covered include business tips from our KOLs and sales managers, trainer insights and advice from product manufacturers. Together we will keep up the momentum of your professional development moving forwards, and ensure you emerge on the other side prepared to continue growing your business and supporting your patients.
In this edition of Wigmore News, we focus on products that you can recommend to clients to help protect their skin when working from home. We also cover the launch of EV—an innovative platform which will help keep your practice open online by providing secure virtual appointments to keep you connected to your patients.
We hope that current events will pass swiftly, but are expecting to be producing the newsletter away from the office for the foreseeable future. We will concentrate on home support in upcoming issues, and if we have to move temporarily to digital-only format, we look forward to keeping up our contact with you!
In the meantime, please keep yourselves and your loved ones safe, and we will see you on the other side, stronger and more determined.
Sending you all our best wishes and thoughts.
Sincerely,
Bedo Eghiayan
CEO, Wigmore Medical
