Lunchtime Face Lifting And Body Contouring

Endolift presents the new frontier in effective, quick, no downtime skin tightening and fat reduction for face and body with incredible results.

Demand has never been higher for minimally invasive, nodowntime alternatives to traditional facelifts. Recent years have seen an explosion in technologies, utilising high intensity focussed ultrasound, radiofrequency, thread lifts, and ever improving filler techniques, to give youthful results without going near the knife.

Pioneered in Italy, by a team of laser experts with over 40 years of experience, Endolift is delivered through the revolutionary LASEmaR 1500, a medical multifunctional device from Eufoton Medical Lasers.

Utilising recent generation laser fibres has enabled the Endolift treatment to achieve results very hard to imagine previously. Endolift’s growing global popularity is based upon it’s simple, safe procedure which is no more invasive than thread-lifting or a cannula delivered filler, which produces immediately visible results on par with surgical lifting.

Technique

The technique aims to lift tissues from within, using an optical fibre ranging from as thin as a human hair to 400 microns depending on the area to be treated, inserted under the skin to deliver laser energy directly to the subcutaneous layer without the need to cross the superficial layers of the skin (epidermis and dermis).

This fibre gives the Endolift advantages over its counterparts, such as transdermal lasers, which deliver energy through the superficial cutaneous layer which can lead to dispersion as well as causing increased pain.

Procedure

At varying energy levels the treatment can be targeted for fat emulsion and laser assisted lipolysis, alongside skin tightening and collagen remodelling, making the Endolift a multi-level treatment, able to deliver face lifting, skin tightening and liposculpting for face and body.

Endolift can be performed in a clinic setting, rather than an operating theatre, and unlike vaser and surgical procedures, no extraction, suction or aspiration of bodily fluids is required.

The procedure can be carried out without anaesthetic, although local cooling or lidocaine can be applied. The fibre is inserted beneath the skin just with a gentle pressure rather than an incision, and positioning of the fibre after insertion is identifiable through an LED emission, visible through the skin. During treatment the fibre is moved in a fan like manner, delivering energy to create micro-tunnels oriented mainly along the anti-gravitational vectors.

The procedure causes remodelling of collagen and connective tissue photobiomodulation, resulting in the skin tightening effect. Skin laxity is reduced, and superficial wrinkles are smoothed, leading to an overall compacting of the skin which is immediately visible but also continues to progress over the following weeks. Altering the positioning of the fibre in the subcutaneous layer, and the selective absorption of the laser beam at adipose level, determines the emulsification of fat. The laser acts simultaneously on the collagenous fibrous septa, which further results in skin retraction and tissue compaction.

Post-procedure

Post-procedure the patient is immediately able to resume normal activities; there are no cutaneous marks or signs, although the treatment can leave a moderate erythema and oedema, this is rate and resolves in a few days

Treatment

Endolift treatment can be successfully performed in the following areas:

• Mandibular border, neck and marionette lines

• Midface and nasolabial folds

• Lower eyelids and upper brow area

• Inner arms, inner thighs and abdomen

• Knees and ankles.

The results of treatment with Endolift are unrivalled within the minimally invasive spectrum. Patients are expected to undergo a single treatment only, however this can be repeated within 12 months depending on the type of laxity.

The procedure time is typically less than one hour and, with this high revenue treatment, consumable costs are low.

This portable, desktop, low maintenance, FDA approved LASEmaR 1500 is the most versatile 1470nm laser, with an established safety record in providing multiple treatments for the aesthetic medical sector.

LIGHTSCAN

Whilst the Endolift procedure utilises single use fibres to deliver laser energy, the addition of a LIGHTSCAN hand pieces provides a computerised fractional, random and linear, scanner for a wide range of dermatological treatments .

With the LIGHTSCAN handpiece, non-ablative skin rejuvenation can be targeted for the treatment of:

• Facial lines and wrinkles

• Scars, pitting and acne scars

• Pigmentation

These treatments can be delivered as a complimentary therapy with Endolift or as stand-alone treatments within a dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting.

Advantages of LASEmaR 1500

Multifunctionality: changing the handpieces present among Eufoton range of accessories and the pre-set protocols, the laser is immediately usable for several high revenue treatments.

Absolute portability: thanks to the supplied smart trolley. Software User-Friendly: all the treatments are pre-set and adjustable thanks to the easy and intuitive software.

Security: the software permits the setting of operating parameters, warning the operator of its achievement with different acoustic alerts, without the necessity of diverting the attention from the patient.

Self-diagnosis: principal circuits are continuously supervised from a security system, which informs the operator of the eventual anomalies, and whenever necessary stops the emission automatically.

Low Maintenance: ordinary maintenance is minimal as the solidstate laser diode is not subject to wear and tear. The device has working capacity of continued hours per day without overheating.
