Agenda
The agenda’s opening session will focus on the core elements of setting up your clinical practice, including:

- Dealing with insurance companies—correct billing and effective patient communication.
- Managing hospital politics—working well with managers and hospital groups.
- Web marketing, social media, tax planning, brand creation, content writing, working with the media, investment and customer service
Each lecture will be presented by an industry-expert speaker, and delegates will have the opportunity to receive one-to-one advice on any of the day’s learnings, both on the day and on an ongoing basis afterwards.
