Aliaxin is designed for the restoration of skin volume, redefining contours and filling wrinkles and skin depressions. The fundamental elements that define the product are tissue integration, the multiple combinations of hyaluronic acid with different molecular weights, high cohesivity and the purity of hyaluronic acid—to maintain each face’s expression.
Aliaxin focuses on the physical parameter of the cross-linking process in order to minimise the use and consequently the residual presence of BDDE in the formulation. The combination of different hyaluronic acid with different molecular weights maximises and stabilises the formulation and promotes different biological and mechanical action in the skin.
As the result of this the optimum tissue integration not only reduces trauma and structural tissue alterations, it also creates more natural results.
Uniquely, a high molecular weight of natural HA (2300kDa) is used with Aliaxin SV to achieve a gel that provides a high G prime whilst maintaining a high level of cohesivity/super integration into the tissue whilst still using a low level of chemical modification. This provides practitioners with the ideal filler for when maximum projection and volumisation is needed to achieve optimum results without the need to use large volumes of product.
Aliaxin SV unique characteristics are ideal for creating shape and definition for cheek bones, jawline, chin and non-surgical rhinoplasty. Therefore, ASV offers a unique combination of maximum lift effect whilst maintain the highest levels of cohesivity not achieved with other volumising dermal fillers or technologies.

If the patient needs a bit of volume and some pillars for support, then I will inject deep with a needle using a high G prime product such as Aliaxin SV.
