About the Course
The ZO Skin Health 3-Step Peel virtual training course offers an introduction to Dr Obagi’s skin classification system, looking at how to address advanced pigmentation issues with the ZO brightening protocols, and includes a video demonstration of the 3-Step peel.
To qualify as an attendee you must have attended the ZO Core product knowledge training in the last year and and have a good understanding of the ZO Skin Health principles and protocols. You must also be a prescriber or attend with a prescriber that physically works within your clinic 3 days per week–See below for more details on eligibility criteria.
Who can attend this training?
- Must be one of the following –
A) A prescribing Doctor, Dentist or Nurse
B) A health care professional who works with a prescriber
C) A non-medical aesthetic practitioner who physically works with a prescriber in a clinic 3 days a week
- If a non-medical aesthetic practitioner, then must be an aesthetic therapist qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 beauty therapy
- If a non-prescriber, then must complete the training together with their prescriber
- Must have already completed ZO Core training, and have had some experience with delivering ZO treatments
- Must work for an established aesthetic business, with a business website – link must be provided
- Must work from a medical clinic, with a reception area (Scottish clinics must be regulated by Healthcare Improvement Scotland)
- No Virtual only business or wholesale business
Please note that front of house staff will not be accepted as this training is only for practitioners who will be certified to deliver ZO treatments.
How do I join this virtual training?
Once you have registered for a specific date, your booking will need to be approved by your regional sales manager. If you meet all of the above listed criteria, your booking will be accepted and you will receive an email with the payment link. Please be sure to complete payment via the provided link within 5 days of receiving this email to secure your place for your chosen date. Once payment is received, you will receive a final confirmation email with the joining instructions for the online session, as well as any relevant course material.
How do I obtain my certificate?
Once you have completed the training and your attendance has been confirmed, you will receive an automated email with a link and passcode for you to download your certificate.
Booking & Payment Process
To register for this training, you will need to complete a pre-authorised payment. This ensures your seat is reserved on the selected date, and no payment will be taken unless you fail to attend the training without prior notice. Bookings are only accepted for training sessions scheduled within 10 weeks of payment due to the secure holding period of card details by the Elavon portal. Important Notice: Our previous crediting system, where training credits were automatically allocated to eligible online product orders and valid for 30 days from the date of certification, will still apply for bookings placed prior to 18th July 2024.
