Anna Baker BN RGN INP PGCert (Appl. Clin. Anat.) PGDip (Clin. Ed) isan award-winning Aesthetic Nurse, Trainer & Qualified Educator with over 12 years’ experience in Aesthetic Medicine. Anna was awarded ‘Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of The Year’ at the Aesthetic Awards 2017, and ‘Highly Commended’ in 2015 and 2016. Anna is part of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and is the Aesthetic Nursing Section Editor for The PMFA Journal.

Rhianna Bell, owner of Clinic 22 and a skilled nurse prescriber, transitioned from NHS nursing to aesthetics in 2016 for personal and financial growth. Prof Sebastian Cotofana

Professor Sebastian Cotofana is recognised globally as the world’s leading anatomist in the field of facial aesthetics. With extensive research and expertise, he is a sought-after speaker and influencer in aesthetic research worldwide. After medical studies in Munich, Germany, he pursued surgical training in trauma surgery before focusing on anatomic basic sciences and earning dual PhD degrees in medical sciences and anatomy.

Dr David Eccleston

Dr Eccleston qualified in medicine from the University of Birmingham in 1987 and undertook postgraduate dermatology training at the Birmingham Skin Centre and since 1994, has worked in the field of cosmetic dermatology, having been trained by Professor Jean Carruthers.

An internationally recognised speaker and training, Dr Ecclestonis a KOL for Dermafocus, Cutera, Alumier, Emblation and Evolus, as well as an International Faculty member of the Allergan Medical Institute, as well as participating in advisory boards for Merz, Galderma, Revance, Evolus and others. The inaugural President of the Society of Cosmetic Physicians and Surgeons, Dr Eccleston has been the Medical Director and co-owner of MediZen since 1999 and has performed over 20 sponsored studies on six different botulinum toxins, multiple hyaluronic acid fillers and other cosmetic injectables.

Dr Ahmed El Muntasar

Dr Ahmed El Muntasar specialises in non-invasive procedures, offering facial and body enhancing therapies as well as anti-ageing techniques at his state-of-the-art clinic in Leeds. Generating an ever-increasing interest in his work, Dr Ahmed has made TV appearances on Sky News, Good Morning Britain and ITV and has even appeared in the prestigious Forbes Magazine.

Prof Anton Enright

Dr Anton Enright read Natural Sciences at Trinity College Dublin, specialising in Genetics before coming to the University of Cambridge for his Ph.D. studies in 1998, with Prof. Christos Ouzounis, working on protein families and biological network analysis. His postdoctoral work was with Prof. Chris Sander at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York working on small RNA target prediction. In 2004 he started his own independent laboratory at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, exploring the functions of small non-coding RNAs in various biological processes and diseases. In 2004 he moved to the EMBL - European Bioinformatics Institute, as a Group Leader where he continued to work on non-coding RNAs, including piwi-associated RNAs, lncRNAs and RNA modifications. His laboratory moved to the Department of Pathology in 2018. Anton is also academic lead for the genomics facility at the department which specialises in large-scale sequencing, microarrays and genotyping projects.

Dr Tim Flynn

Timothy Corcoran Flynn is a Cosmetic Dermatologist and Mohs Micrographic Surgeon based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Dr Flynn was born to two university professors, and somehow survived them, racing into adolescence with curiosity and occasional misbehaviour. He did glean from the parents that learning can be both enlightening and fun and has continually endeavoured to bring both to his research, practice, and teaching.

His medical degree came from the University of Missouri, was awarded a dermatopathology research fellowship at Harvard Medical School, did an internal medicine residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, conducted dermatology research and pursued medical education and psychiatry projects at UNC before deciding to grow up and complete his dermatology residency at Stanford University. His Mohs micrographic and laser fellowship was completed at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He founded the Mohs programme at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana where he was on the faculty from 1993 until 2001. He served as medical director in private practice at the Cary Skin Center from 2002 until 2021 and was Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of North Carolina from 2001 until 2019. He has held numerous offices is especially honored to have served as President of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery from 2012-2013.

He has published over 164 publications and has given over 270 lectures internationally. Tim has been awarded grants in basic research and conducted independent investigator-initiated trials, as well as clinical research. He currently lectures, sees patients, does consulting, and is involved in several research projects. He and his wife Gina have raised two young men now ages 20 and 24. He is still waiting to grow up.

Dr Konstantin Frank

Dr Konstantin Frank conducted his studies in Salzburg, at the Paracelsus Medizinische Privatuniversität (PMU) and in Boston at the Harvard Medical School to obtain his medical degree in 2018.

He completed his residency at the prestigious Department of Hand, Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at the Ludwig–Maximilian University, and currently practices at the Ocean Clinic Marbella in Spain. Dr Frank has published more than 150 peer-reviewed articles in prestigious journals, and is one of the most cited authors in aesthetic surgery in the last five years.

Prof Chris Griffiths

Chris Griffiths is Emeritus Professor of Dermatology at University of Manchester, Adjunct Professor at King’s College London and a Consultant Dermatologist at King’s College Hospital. He qualified in medicine from St Thomas’ Hospital Medical School and trained in dermatology at St Mary’s Hospital and the University of Michigan.

In 2015, he received the Sir Archibald Gray Medal for outstanding service to British Dermatology, and in 2019 the BSID Medal for contributions to research.

Chris was appointed OBE “for services to dermatology” in the 2018 Queen’s New Year Honours. He is a former President of the European Society for Dermatological Research, the European Dermatology Forum, the British Association of Dermatologists, and the International Psoriasis Council, which he co-founded in 2004.

Chris has 791 PubMed-cited articles and is Editor-in-Chief of Rook’s Textbook of Dermatology and Rook’s Dermatology Handbook and received a lifetime achievement award from the American Skin Association in 2009.

He was part of the team in Michigan that demonstrated that topical retinoids are efficacious in the management of ageing skin.

Professor Chris Griffiths and his team have provided strong support to the success of all generations of Boots No7 anti-ageing serums and the No7 skincare range as a whole.

Dr Tamara Griffiths

Dr Tamara Griffiths is a senior Consultant Dermatologist at the Dermatology Centre, Salford Royal Hospital NHS Trust, one of the UK’s largest training programmes. She is Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Manchester, a world-leading centre for dermatological research. She is also an American Board-Certified dermatologist with an international educational reach.

From 2008 she was Dermatology Training Programme Director for the North Western Deanery, and in 2015 was appointed chair of Dermatology Specialist Advisory Committee for the Royal College of Physicians, responsible for all aspects of postgraduate dermatology training in the UK, including the development and implementation of the GMC 2021 Dermatology Curriculum. After launching the British College of Dermatology in 2021, she was appointed as inaugural Education Vice President in 2023.

Dr Griffiths has acted as advisor to the Department of Health’s Review of the Regulation of Cosmetic Interventions led by Sir Bruce Keogh published in 2013. She was instrumental in developing the Health Education England curricula and training frameworks for non-surgical cosmetic interventions (2015) and is a founding member and trustee of the Cosmetic Practice Standards Authority (CPSA), which launched in partnership with the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) at the House of Lords in 2018. She is Medical Programme Director for the University of Manchester MSc in Skin Ageing and Aesthetic Medicine, developed in 2013 and now recognised as the gold standard in the UK and internationally, and is the Cosmetic Dermatology section editor for Rook’s Textbook of Dermatology.

Her clinical team was awarded BMJ Dermatology Team of the Year in 2018, and in 2021 she was recognised by the British Association of Dermatologists as Clinician of the Year. In July 2024 she commenced her two-year term as President of the British Association of Dermatologists.

Prof Syed Haq

Professor Syed Haq is a Professor of Medicine and specialises in treating the ageing brain/skin and immune system. He is the Founder of BioImmunitas Ltd, which is focused on developing pharmaceutical therapeutics for targeting systemic inflammatory disorders and COVID-19 by recalibration of the innate immune system, as well as a co-Founder of the AM Aesthetics clinics in London, Belfast and Derry.

Professor Haq has overseen several MHRA-registered clinical trials in the UK and has been awarded two US FDA Orphan Drug Designations. Since 2007, he has advised and acted as International KOL for Merz, Teoxane, Q-med,Bioform, Ipsen, Galderma, Croma and is a consultant for Hugel.

Dr Anna Hemming

Dr Anna Hemming is an Aesthetic Doctor, with over 22 years medical experience. She founded Thames Skin Clinic in Twickenham in 2019, winning the Aesthetics Award for Best New Clinic 2022. Dr Anna has a background in an aesthetics and emergency medicine, serving with the Royal Army Medical Corps as a Captain and spent seven years as a GP to Buckingham Palace. She is an international speaker and KOL for both UK and global brands and has been published in leading aesthetic journals. David Hicks

David Hicks, the inaugural winner of the Aesthetic Awards Lifetime Achievement Award, was a key player in the development of the UK’s aesthetics industry. A qualified pharmacist of many years, David saw the potential of botulinum toxin, along with Wigmore Medical’s CEO, Bedo Eghiayan, and saw the need to launch high quality education for medical and aesthetic professionals. This led to the creation of the internationally acclaimed event FACE, and later BODY. Mr Hicks was also involved in the launch of AM Live as well many other successful product introductions into the UK market. The word legend can be used lightly, but it certainly applies to David within the aesthetics industry.

Dr Lauren Jamieson

Dr Jamieson is one of Scotland’s most established Cosmetic Doctors. She achieved her medical degree from The University of Glasgow in 2005, and worked in a number of specialities including cardio-thoracic surgery and anaesthetics.

During this time she developed a passion and a thorough understanding of the ageing process and skin health. As a member of the Primary Care Dermatology Society and a qualified minor surgeon, Dr Lauren seeks to serve her patients’ needs with advanced cosmetic treatments and clinically-proven customised procedures. She offers a holistic approach to treatment to enhance confidence and wellbeing.

Dr Aamer Khan

Dr Aamer Khan is the co-founder and Clinical Director of Harley Street Skin Clinic. A graduate of the university of Birmingham, he became a full-time cosmetic doctor in 2005. By combining his technical skill and aesthetic vision he achieves outstanding results, and is renowned for his finely-tuned aesthetic eye and subtle approach to cosmetic enhancement. As a result, Dr Khan is the go-to advisor for a large celebrity clientele, an industry commentator in the press and a regular guest on television and radio.

Dr Khan has also published the best-selling book titled 'Turn Back Time' in which he shares his advice on how to optimise good health as you age, and a recent academic work 'Regenerative Medicine in Aesthetic Treatments' focussing on the pro-active use of stem cells and their growth factors in the field of aesthetics to reverse the ageing of tissues and repair scarring to an unprecedented level.

Having founded the charity Back on Track, Dr Khan has also treated British servicemen and women whose injuries range from severely damaged to lost limbs particularly in the field of scar tissue reduction. For this work he has achieved some remarkable results and garnered a number of personal awards.

Dr Clare Kiely

Dr Clare Kiely MBBChBAO MRCPI MSc Skin Ageing and Aesthetics

Clare Kiely is a Consultant Dermatologist, and Dermatological and Laser surgeon at the prestigious St Johns Institute of Dermatology, London and HCA Lister Hospital, Chelsea, London. She is highly specialised in a wide range of dermatological issues, with a specific interest in photodamage, skin cancer, Mohs micrographic surgery, acne, acne scarring, and aesthetic dermatology.

She has completed fellowships in Dermato-oncology and Mohs surgery at St Johns institute of Dermatology. She is an honorary lecturer in skin ageing and aesthetics at the University of Manchester where she completed her masters degree. She is current Chair of the Cosmetic Practice Standards Authority and is on the executive committee of the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group. Dr Kiely is an active researcher in skin cancer with numerous peer-reviewed publications. She is an expert in squamous cell carcinoma and has led the supra-specialty non-melanoma skin cancer team at Guys Hospital. She is an invited speaker nationally and internationally on skin cancer treatment, Mohs surgery, lasers, photo-ageing treatments and aesthetics.

In October 2024 she was appointed as Chair of the Cosmetic Practice Standards Authority.

Dr Tatyana Lapa-Enright

Dr Tatyana Lapa-Enright is an experienced doctor and founder of Hardwick Medical Clinic, Cambridge. She trained at Norwich Medical School with clinical teaching experience at UEA Norwich and undertook research at the University of Cambridge. Her areas of expertise are in aesthetic dermatology for the treatment of skin imperfections and signs of ageing. She is a skilled and experienced injector known for delivering bespoke patient care with natural results.

Dr Anjali Mahto

Dr Anjali Mahto BSc MBBCh FRCP is a highly respected and renowned medical and cosmetic consultant dermatologist based in Harley Street, London. With her clinic located in Harley Street, Dr. Anjali provides consultations for a wide range of medical and cosmetic conditions, including acne, acne scarring, rosacea, moles, and aesthetic concerns.

Dr Max Malik

Dr Stephen Mulholland

Dr Mulholland is a surgeon, dual-certified in Plastics and ENT –head and neck oncology. He studied at the University of Toronto and completed his residency at Toronto General Hospital. He founded, SpaMedica Cosmetic Plastic Center and Medical Spa in Toronto in 1997, the leading aesthetics and laser centre in Canada, where he has performed over 6000 cosmetic surgical procedures.

A former professional ice hockey player, Dr Mulholland has worked with leading aesthetic technology companies to develop their machinery, including BodyTite RFAL, Fractora and Morpheus8 with InMode.

Dr Mulholland is a member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr Emma Ravichandran

Dr Emma Ravichandran is Co-Founder of the Clinetix group, the Association of Scottish Aesthetic Practitioners (ASAP) and the Aesthetic Training Academy. She initially trained as a paediatric dentist but has dedicated the latter part of her career to pursuing excellence in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Dr Ravichandran’s reputation and dedication to the highest standards in practice have led to guest lecturing at venues such as the Royal College of Surgeons, KOL roles and articles in a wide range of industry journals and publications. Dr Simon Ravichandran

Dr Simon Ravichandran is a global KOL in Aesthetic Medicine. His area of expertise is in using non-surgical techniques such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers to achieve natural-looking, harmonious rejuvenation outcomes. Dr Ravichandran lectures and teaches at educational events all over the world, delivering his philosophy that we can improve patients’ wellbeing and quality of life with safe and effective procedures. Julie Scott

Julie Scott is an independent nurse prescriber with over 25 years’experience in the field of plastics and skin rejuvenation. Dr Mary Sommerlad

Trevor Steyn

Dr Raj Thethi

Dr Raj Thethi is a multi-award winning, nationally renowned, Aesthetic Doctor based in Leeds. Having completed his core surgical training and obtaining full membership with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, he embarked on his career in aesthetic medicine. He obtained his Level 7 in Medical Aesthetic Injectables in 2019 and he is currently a Teoxane UK Faculty trainer, having previously also been a trainer for Sinclair Pharma. He is also a KOL for NeoGen plasma and on the UK Medical Advisory Board for the UltraClear Laser. He is a Member of the National Editorial Board for Aesthetic Medicine magazine, is regularly published in national and industry press and presents at both national and international conferences.

Ian Vitek

Ian Vitek, a cosmetic chemist at HydroPeptide, holds dual degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Clarkson University. With a diverse background spanning medical devices, cosmetic manufacturing, and formulation research and development, Ian is dedicated to creating innovative, science-driven skincare solutions. His passion lies in designing efficacious and stable peptide sequences for topical applications, driving advancements in skincare technology to address complex skin concerns with safe and cutting-edge formulations.
